We take great pride in our designs here at Underdog. It can be difficult to describe exactly what you're looking for in a website, which is why we take great lengths to listen to your needs during this process. We will walk you through our process just to make sure you understand what we'll being doing for you. We won't use vague technical terms in an attempt to impress you. We believe a clear, straight forward conversation about your needs and our services is the best approach to understanding each other. Our Design Process: Discovery During this phase, we will sit down and talk about your needs for your site. A simple conversation is all it takes to get started. We'll be sure to ask some tough questions, so be sure you know exactly what it is you're looking for in a website. We will evaluate you goals and tell you the best way to implement them (without the "techno-babble"). Sitemap After our initial meeting, we will develop a functional layout plan for your site. This will highlight all the pages, functional areas, and features we dicussed during the discovery process. A sitemap is basically an architectural blueprint for your design. After we write it up, the next step is to have you sign off on it. This prevents us from any miscommunication during our building process. Production After we begin the production phase of you design, we will be in constant contact with you in order to ensure complete satisfaction. We enjoy showing off our work, and we want to make sure we're meeting or exceeding your needs. Testing All of our websites go through an rigorous testing and documentation phase. This is to ensure that your new website performs on a number of platforms and browsers to reach the maximum numbers of customers/visitors to your site. Going Live! And then there's the fun part...making your site live on the web! There's nothing more exciting to us than rolling out a new website for a client. The fun doesn't stop there. We can train you to use your new content management system (CMS) or you can choose to have us manage your site for you. There's no reason you should let your new website sit there and become just as outdated as your last. Your business changes and grows and so should your web content. |
